Order and delivery questions
Keys are sent to the email address used at checkout once payment is confirmed. Check that inbox and its spam folder first. If your key has not arrived, include your order reference and a short description of the issue when contacting support. Do not post your licence key, password or payment-card details in a public Discord channel.
Setup and product questions
Download Volt and sign up with your key. Existing Volt users can add the key under Account in the top-left corner. Follow the setup instructions supplied with your purchase. Describe the setup step where you need help and any error message you see.
